What began as an idea which then turned into the answer for an industry that lacked broker and marketing support, Realty ONE Group was launched by Founder and CEO Kuba Jewgieniew in 2005.
Our entire team is dedicated to developing innovative yet practical solutions that allow us to adapt and take the lead in our industry so that our brokerage doesn’t just survive…it thrives!
Alfredo Hernández Sotelo
CEO / Co-Owner - Franchise Realty ONE Group Baja & Pacific Mexico
He has been a senior executive in relevant companies in the real estate, media and education sectors (Nacer Global). He was Corporate Director of Finance in automotive companies (SONI Autos), in addition to having managed and advised franchises in the real estate sector and being an investment partner in several real estate developments located in Mexico City and Baja California Sur.
He studied a master’s degree and doctorate in Economics at the University of York, England, and teaches in national and international leadership courses in Europe and Latin America. In the public sector, he was Director of Strategic Planning at Telecomunicaciones de México and senior consultant at ICITAP for the U.S. Embassy in Mexico.
